Refund Policy
How cancelling works, and when money comes back.
Last updated 30 August 2026. Applies to Amazing Life App.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not cut short the period you have already paid for — you stay a member, with everything membership opens, until that period runs out.
Closing your account does the same thing: any live subscription is cancelled immediately, and no further payment is taken.
2. When we refund
Because cancelling leaves you with what you paid for, we do not normally refund a period part-way through. We will refund in these cases:
- A payment was taken after you cancelled. We refund it in full.
- A payment was taken in error, or twice for the same period.
- You were charged after your account was closed.
- The service was unavailable for a substantial part of a period you paid for.
- The law where you live gives you a right to one — including any cooling-off period that applies to you.
Outside those, we will still consider a request. Write to {[email protected]} from the address on the account, say what happened, and we will look at it properly rather than against a script.
3. How a refund is made
Refunds go back to the card or method that paid, through Stripe. We do not refund to a different card, to a balance, or in credit. Once we approve one it usually reaches you within five to ten business days, which is your bank’s timing rather than ours.
4. Refunds and affiliate commissions
A commission is recorded when somebody you referred pays. If that payment is later refunded or reversed, the commission it produced is cancelled — including where it has already been approved, and including commissions recorded for the people above you on the chain.
This is why commissions sit as pending before they can be paid out. Pending is the window in which the underlying payment can still come back, and paying out inside that window would mean asking for the money back afterwards.
Payouts are requested once your approved balance reaches $20.00. A payout that has already been sent is not reversed; a later refund is recovered from your next commissions instead.
5. If you paid through an app store
Membership is bought on our website through Stripe, so this policy applies to it. If a future version of the app ever bills through Apple or Google instead, that purchase is governed by their refund rules and has to be cancelled and refunded through them — we cannot refund a payment we did not take.
6. Asking for a refund
Write to {[email protected]} from the email address on the account. Tell us what was charged and when. We aim to answer within five business days, and we will tell you plainly if the answer is no and why.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law. Our Terms of Service cover membership more generally.
