Getting started

Do I need to pay to use Amazing Life App?: No. A free account reaches part of the library. Membership opens the rest, adds coaching, and gives you the affiliate programme.
Where can I use it?: The United States only, for now. That is also why the guidance inside the app names US emergency numbers.
How old do I have to be?: 18 or over. This is not only about the content — membership includes an affiliate programme that pays commission, and that is a contract a minor cannot enter into.

Why can I not change my username?: It is claimed the moment you confirm it, and it is permanent. Other people type your username to record that you invited them, so a username that moved would break their record as well as yours. Choose carefully — the app asks you to confirm before it takes one. If yours is wrong, write to {[email protected]}.
Somebody took the username I wanted while I was typing.: That can happen, and the app tells you immediately rather than letting you finish setting up and discover it at the end. Whoever confirmed first holds it. Pick another and continue.
Why can I not change my date of birth?: It is the evidence behind the age requirement, and an answer you could rewrite later would not be evidence of anything. The app asks you to confirm the date before it stores it. If it is genuinely wrong, write to {[email protected]}.
What happens when I close my account?: Access ends immediately, every device is signed out, and any live subscription is cancelled. The record itself is kept rather than deleted — otherwise your ratings and history would go, and so would the referral attribution of whoever invited you, which is somebody else’s record. If you want your personal data erased as well, ask us and we will do it: see the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel?: From your account, at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves you a member until the period you have paid for runs out. The Refund Policy covers when money comes back.
Is the coach a real person?: No. It is generated by an AI language model. It writes in the first person because that reads better, but nobody is there, nobody reads your conversation to intervene, and it can be confidently wrong. It is not therapy and not a substitute for a clinician — please read the Disclaimer.

How does the affiliate programme work?: Share your referral link. When somebody who used it becomes a paying member, a commission is recorded for you — and when the people they invite become members, you earn from those too, up to 5 levels down. It is a flat amount per paying member per payment, not a share of what they paid.
Why does my commission say pending?: Because the payment behind it can still be reversed. Pending is that window. Once we are satisfied the payment has settled, the commission is approved and counts towards a payout. If the payment is refunded, the commission is cancelled.
When can I get paid?: Once your approved balance reaches $20.00 you can request a payout. There is a floor because sending money costs roughly the same whatever the amount.
Will I make money from this?: We make no promises, and most people who share a link earn nothing — earning depends on other people choosing to pay, which is outside your control and ours. It is not an income opportunity or an investment.

What will you notify me about?: Four things and nothing else: somebody joining on your link, a reward you have earned, a new talk that matches what you said you are working on, and things about your account. No marketing.
I turned notifications on and nothing arrives.: Open Settings in the app and tap “Send me a test notification” — it will tell you which of the possible causes it is, including your phone refusing permission. Granting permission afterwards is done in your phone’s own settings, because iOS only asks once.
